For all our non-UK customers our normal delivery charges based on the weight of your order and packaging costs remain.

Delivery Information

Your goods are sent by Royal Mail using the most cost effective option ,we only send parcels signed for in special circumstances.We will normally  deliver your order to you within 5 to 7 days (usually sooner),  please bear in mind that circumstances  may arise that are out of our control. During certain times of the year i.e. Christmas and Back to School ,Weather, etc, delivery times will vary.

If you have any special delivery requests please contact our customer services via email at orders@kulfikids.co.uk or by telephone on 01840 211144, there will be an additional charge for this service.

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE 

We can also deliver to most countries abroad and again, postage is calculated based on the weight and destination of each order and our system is set up to calculate this as necessary at checking out on your order.Our delivery schedule varies for European and Non European, some deliveries can take up 28days depending on destination.

If any items are out of stock we will either refund you straight away on that portion of the order or advise you of the expected delivery date , or let  you know of alternative options available to you ,so you can advise us what action you wish taken.

If your Delivery has not arrived

As we use Royal Mail if your parcel has not been delivered  to you please check in the first instance with your nearest Royal Mail Depot, as they do not always leave a calling card.

Claims for non delivery of items. Customers need to wait for 14 working days from the date we posted the items,  a claim for the non delivery items can only not be raised  until 14 working days have elasped. We do not take reponsibility for the non delivery of your order by Royal Mail, we will provide you with a copy of the relevant certifcate of posting  for you to follow up a claim with Royal Mail.
