Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods advise us via email at orders@kulfikids.co.uk immediately of your intentions to return them. Return the goods  unused, with any original packaging and labels attached,  gift with purchase included ( if the item included one) and in a resalable condition, within 7 working days starting from the day after receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned goods must be accompanied by one of our returns forms Any items returned after 7 working days will not qualify for a exchange or refund.

If you cancel the contract in accordance with this provision we will process your refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30days.

Replacement goods must be ordered by placing a new order.

We do not exchange or refund on earrings and items purchased at sale price.

We will deduct our postage costs from any items that you return for a refund or exchange,unless the items are faulty.

We regret we cannot give refunds for carriage on incorrect purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Alot of our products are hand dyed  plus the fact that products viewed on different computers with differring screen resolutions does mean we cannot guarantee a exact colour match, therefore we do not except colour variation  as a fault on any exchanges and refunds that you request.

If you wish to return any items, please use the returns slip, please download the instructions and Returns Slip here. Once downloaded it can be printed. NB: When using this download please make sure your name and address and telephone number are added to the reverse of the slip.

Please note that you are responsible for items sent back to us until they are received by ourselves. We therefore reccommend returning items using an insured method such as recorded delivery that will need to be signed for by us, for expensive items.

On lesser value items you should obtain a certificate of posting from your post office when you send the items back to us. No charge is made by the post office for this service.

Exchanges on Goods

Postage must be paid on any non faulty exchanges that you request.In this instance we ask that return your items for exchange to us and we will deduct our postage costs from your refund, meanwhile you will need to place a new order online again for your exchanges.

 Faulty Goods

Without prejudice to your statutory rights.

If you think that your goods are faulty please advise us immediately by email at orders@kulfikids.co.uk .We cannot except a claim for faulty goods  if we are not informed within 7days of receipt, the responsibility of checking your goods lies with the person who made the original purchase from us and not with other named receiptants.

Please note that goods that have been worn for more than three months will be considered by us to have undergone normal wear and tear (based on industry standards) and therfore not be deemed "faulty" for the purposes of this procedure.

If upon receipt of your parcel it is obviosly damaged, please refuse to accept the parcel and the delivery company will return it to us.

We recommend that you get proof of postage from the Post Office. The goods are your responsibility whilst in transit to us.

On receipt of the goods and after inspection of the goods we will either:

  • accept their return and refund the price of the goods,sorry we do not refund on the postage costs unless originally we charged you postage. 

  • if the items are found not to be faulty, return them to you at your cost
